 Public   Purpose:
The CRA, as authorized by Florida Statute 163 Part III, is a dependent taxing district established by local government for the purpose of carrying out redevelopment activities that include reducing or eliminating blight, improving the tax base, and encouraging public and private investments in the redevelopment area.
 Special   District   Charter: The City of Sebring Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) was created on September 1, 1981 by the City of Sebring City Council. View the resolution that established the special district.
