Kick off the 12 Hours of Sebring race festivities, a “throwback” Race Gala will take place on Wednesday, March 14 at the Sebring Civic Center. Attendees can celebrate the city’s internationally-acclaimed sports event and experience the race gala like many members of the Sebring community remember with good, old-fashioned community fun!

“The Race Gala has always been the race event for Sebring to celebrate the races and the exciting time in our community,” said Sebring Mayor John Shoop. “The Art League has done a great job carrying on the traditional of the Race Gala, and we are thrilled to bring the event back to its Wednesday night (before the race) date.” Attendees can experience an international food, wine and beer tasting, along with a cash bar, live music and race festivities.

Limited Number of Tickets on Sale for “Throwback Style” Race Gala Set For March 14
 A limited number of tickets are now on sale for the “throwback” Race Gala that will kick off the 12 Hours of Sebring racing festivities on Wednesday, March 14 at the Sebring Civic Center (355 W. Center Avenue, Sebring) from 6-9 PM.  Attendees can celebrate the city’s internationally-acclaimed sports event and experience the Sebring Race Gala like many members of the Sebring community remember with good, old-fashioned community fun!

Attendees will enjoy food, wine and beer tasting, along with a cash bar, live music and race festivities.  Entertainment will be provided by Penny & Roger who performed in years past, and the local Sugar Sand Distillery will be conducting product samplings.
