Incentives & Assistance

Doing business in Downtown Sebring is affordable, and the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) provides business incentives to qualified business owners.

While several incentive programs exist and are administered by the CRA, the most recent is the new Restaurant Incentive Program.  The CRA has allocated funds to assist new restaurants in starting in the Downtown Sebring district.  For more information on this program, please contact CRA Executive Director Pete Pollard at (863) 471-5104.
